Try before you buy: the free 30-day trial is the full product, so you can make sure Sampularity fits your workflow before spending a cent. And if something still goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Refunds via Paddle

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our merchant of record. Refunds are therefore issued by Paddle to your original payment method. To request one, either:

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content, this right expires early if delivery begins with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. The checkout will ask for this consent where applicable.

Our promise beyond the statutory minimum

Bought a license and Sampularity doesn’t work on your system despite our support’s best efforts? We’ll refund you within 14 days of purchase, no hoops. Just write to support@sampularity.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to your payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
